Family Portraits

 

A series focused on my family. Everyone acts differently when placed on a background with lights and a camera in your face. These images show my family being themselves, versus a forced smiling portrait. You see them both alone, and with their significant other, or menacing brother. We act differently around people we love. We loosen up and become more comfortable with our surroundings even if they are slightly awkward. These images captures the very different, fun, mean, and silly personalities each person possess.
